Quasi cinquantenne, Sandro è ancora il capo degli Apache, il gruppo di ultras del Napoli con cui ha passato tutta la vita allo stadio. Dopo una vita di violenza, scontri, passioni e valori incrollabili, un provvedimento giudiziario gli impedisce di avvicinarsi alla curva, rimettendo in discussione le sue priorità, e Sandro sente per la prima volta il bisogno di una vita normale, di una relazione e magari anche di una famiglia. Angelo, invece, ha sedici anni e considera gli Apache la sua famiglia e Sandro la sua guida, dal momento che per lui ha preso il posto di suo fratello Sasà, morto anni prima durante gli scontri di una trasferta. Durante le ultime settimane del campionato di calcio, i due andranno incontro al loro inevitabile destino.
