Nazca è una serie anime creata da Yoshihiko Inamoto. Si tratta di un gruppo di persone che sono reincarnazioni di antichi guerrieri Inca che sono tornati per rievocare una guerra civile che ha portato alla caduta dell'Impero Inca. Miura Kyoji, uno studente di kendo devoto, scopre che il suo istruttore, Tate Masanari, è un guerriero Inca reincarnato di nome Yawaru che desidera distruggere il mondo per purificarlo. Kyoji stesso è il guerriero Bilka, che ha sventato i piani di Yawaru nelle loro vite precedenti. Mentre Yawaru raccoglie altri spiriti risvegliati per dargli sempre più potere, Kyoji affronta lealtà contrastanti; deve decidere se è solo un vaso per l'anima reincarnata, destinato a svolgere un ruolo che gli è stato affidato e distruggere una persona che amava e rispettava per salvare il mondo, o se è un individuo libero che può portare Masanari nella sua sensi e spezzare il ciclo della rinascita e della possessione umana.

Sono trascorsi ormai tredici anni dalla sconfitta del Re dei Demoni Hadler per mano dell'eroe Aban. Dai, un orfano di dodici anni cresciuto su un'isola popolata da mostri pacifici, sogna di diventare anche lui un valoroso eroe. Un giorno, come ricompensa per aver salvato una principessa in visita sull'isola da un tentativo di assassinio, Dai riceve finalmente il privilegio di essere allenato da Aban in persona, ma durante l'addestramento Aban viene attaccato da Hadler, ritornato in vita grazie alla magia oscura del Grande Satana Baan. Nemmeno sacrificando la sua vita Aban riesce a fermare Hadler e solo il risveglio di un misterioso potere di Dai costringe il Re dei Demoni a battere in ritirata. Questi tragici eventi segnano l'inizio del viaggio di Dai per vendicare la morte di Aban, sconfiggere l'esercito demoniaco e riportare la pace nel mondo.

Tadek è "l'ultimo poliziotto onesto della Polonia" e vuole coronare la propria carriera con un ultimo successo. Indaga infatti un caso irrisolto, di alcuni anni prima: il brutale omicidio dell'abituale frequentatore di un club BDSM, The Cage. Tadek nota che vi si è recato spesso anche lo scrittore, Kozlow, che in un romanzo ha raccontato un omicidio pressoché identico. Partendo proprio dal testo letterario, il detective indaga lo scrittore e la sua compagna Kasia, che è una ex ragazza del The Cage. L'indagine è però mal vista dai superiori di Tadek, che preferirebbero se ne andasse in pensione in fretta, così come non è supportata dalla glaciale famiglia di lui, trascinata in un baratro dall'ossessione dell'uomo. Kozlow infatti accusa Tadek di perseguitarlo, alzando la posta in gioco della sfida e facendone una questione personale.

Sin da bambino Minato Narumiya è affascinato dal kyūdō, il tiro con l'arco tradizionale giapponese, precisamente da quando la sua defunta madre l'ha portato a vedere una gara. Durante l'incontro, il piccolo Minato è rimasto rapito dallo "tsurune", il suono dello scocco, incominciando a desiderare di riuscire a produrlo lui stesso. Così, alle scuole medie, diviene una grande promessa di quest'arte marziale. Tuttavia, un giorno qualcosa si rompe e Minato non riesce più a cogliere il fino ad allora sempre centrato bersaglio. Sconfortato, abbandona la disciplina finché, arrivato al liceo, si riavvicina al club di tiro con l'arco con alcuni nuovi compagni e alcuni vecchi amici d'infanzia, puntando al torneo della prefettura, anche grazie alla guida di un nuovo giovane maestro.
