Il giovane Pasha è un normale diciottenne: è timido e svogliato, vive con la madre, ha un lavoro che non lo soddisfa e passa le sue giornate consegnando corrispondenza e navigando in internet. Un giorno si imbatte per caso in Dana, una popstar sulla cresta dell'onda, aiutandola con coraggio e fortuna a mettersi in salvo da un gruppo di feroci aggressori che si riveleranno essere vampiri. Pasha verrà così arruolato tra le fila di un'organizzazione segreta che da millenni sorveglia sul fragile equilibrio tra il mondo degli umani e quello delle creature soprannaturali con il compito di preservare la pace sulla Terra e ricacciare le creature infernali negli inferi qualora tentassero di rompere l’alleanza. Ma qualcosa in questo fragile equilibrio è venuto meno, le creature sono decise a schiacciare il genere umano e per farlo hanno bisogno di Dana. I guardiani della notte sono pronti a tornare in campo per combattere la guerra per cui si sono preparati da secoli.

Ventidue anni dopo gli eventi di Jurassic Park, Isla Nublar dispone di un parco a tema di dinosauri completamente rifatto che calamita milioni di turisti: il Jurassic World, proprio come il sogno originale dell'ormai deceduto magnate John Hammond, costruito sui resti del parco originale. Tra i membri dello staff vi è Owen Grady, un ex militare che svolge ricerche comportamentali su un branco di quattro velociraptor. Passati alcuni anni dall'apertura, il numero di turisti in visita al Jurassic World inizia a calare. Per ravvivarne l'interesse, la responsabile delle operazioni e il genetista capo decidono di creare un nuovo dinosauro, combinando i DNA di diverse specie, e di chiamarlo Indominus Rex. Poco prima dell'inaugurazione, l'Indominus Rex riesce a fuggire e inizia a scatenare il caos.

Penny Dreadful è una serie televisiva statunitense e britannica di genere horror, ideata da John Logan e trasmessa su Showtime. Ethan Chandler è un esibizionista americano molto abile nell’uso di armi da fuoco, anche per questo viene assunto da Vanessa Ives che gli affida un lavoro notturno. In realtà la donna assieme a Sir Malcolm Murray è coinvolta nella caccia ad una strana creatura che ha rapito la figlia di Sir Malcolm, Mina Murray. Ethan rimane un po’ stranito dagli eventi, ed ha qualche perplessità se continuare o meno con la coppia. Lui è maggiormente interessato a scoprire la natura di questi esseri, si mette così in contatto con il dottor Victor Frankenstein. Victor ha generato una creatura umana dalla mente infantile, Proteo a cui fa da padre, ma che viene ucciso dal suo primogenito, abbandonato da Victor alla nascita, conosce prevalentemente rabbia e odio.

Penny Dreadful è una serie televisiva statunitense e britannica di genere horror, ideata da John Logan e trasmessa su Showtime. Ethan Chandler è un esibizionista americano molto abile nell’uso di armi da fuoco, anche per questo viene assunto da Vanessa Ives che gli affida un lavoro notturno. In realtà la donna assieme a Sir Malcolm Murray è coinvolta nella caccia ad una strana creatura che ha rapito la figlia di Sir Malcolm, Mina Murray. Ethan rimane un po’ stranito dagli eventi, ed ha qualche perplessità se continuare o meno con la coppia. Lui è maggiormente interessato a scoprire la natura di questi esseri, si mette così in contatto con il dottor Victor Frankenstein. Victor ha generato una creatura umana dalla mente infantile, Proteo a cui fa da padre, ma che viene ucciso dal suo primogenito, abbandonato da Victor alla nascita, conosce prevalentemente rabbia e odio.
