Il giorno dopo All Might tiene una lezione sui fondamentali per diventare un eroe. La classe viene divisa in squadre composta da eroi e Villain e tutti indosseranno i loro costumi da eroe. Come prova gli eroi devono catturare i malvagi a guardia di una bomba o afferrare quest'ultima, mentre i malvagi dovranno mettere fuori gioco gli eroi o far scadere il tempo prima che arrivino all'esplosivo. Le prime squadre ad affrontarsi sono Izuku e Ochaco per gli eroi contro Tenya e Katsuki per i malvagi. Durante la prova Katsuki e Izuku incominciano a combattere e il ragazzo riesce a tenere testa al suo bullo, mentre Ochaco va a cercare la bomba con Tenya di guardia. 6: La furia di un nerd!

Mentre vengono ripercorsi vari momenti della loro infanzia, Katsuki e Izuku continuano a combattere, mentre Ochaco trova la bomba e Tenya. La ragazza però non può usare le sue abilità poiché il nemico ha levato dalla stanza tutti gli oggetti che potevano fungerle da arma. Izuku nel frattempo si è allontanato da Katsuki e incomincia a formulare una strategia per aiutare la compagna. Il ragazzo viene però raggiunto dal bullo che sfoggia per la prima volta i suoi braccioli granata contenente sudore esplosivo che usa per un devastante attacco. Un membro di questa antica civiltà ha inciso un messaggio per l'eternità: "Proteggi i reperti dai malvagi". Nel passato di questo pianeta sono fiorite e si sono estinte grandiose civiltà. Alcune di queste hanno lasciato eredità sepolte ed a noi ignote: artefatti con grandi poteri tali da poter, se rinvenuti, intaccare gli equilibri del nostro pianeta. Per trovarli e sigillarli prima che vengano sfruttati è stata creata l'organizzazione ARCAM, la quale si affida a un gruppo di soldati di élite chiamati Spriggan. Uno di questi è Yu Ominae, combattente fenomenale, fornito di un'armatura, realizzata con una lega speciale, in grado di moltiplicare la sua forza e la sua agilità. Lo spunto per le vicende narrate nel film sarà dato dal ritrovamento dell'Arca di Noè, artefatto che si preannuncia con un potenziale distruttivo davvero inquietante... e ovviamente ad esso non sarà interessata solo l'ARCAM...
