Per sua sfortuna rimane però intrappolato all'interno di un container per il trasporto di animali e viene spedito verso un'isola lontana e selvaggia, dove è in corso un'operazione di salvataggio della fauna locale.Samson decide di andare alla ricerca del figlio e parte accompagnato dai suoi fedeli amici: Bridget la giraffa, Benny lo scoiattolo (innamorato di Bridget e esperto conoscitore della città), Nigel il koala e Larry l'anaconda. Il viaggio per raggiungere il porto di New York risulta molto più pericoloso e insidioso di qualsiasi savana o giungla.

Abby Abernathy è una ragazza in fuga dal suo passato, dalla sua famiglia. E ora che è arrivata alla Eastern University per il primo anno di università, ha tutta l’intenzione di dimenticare la sua vecchia vita e ricominciare da capo. A Newnan, una cittadina della Georgia, il massiccio sceriffo Scott Hall non crede ai dischi volanti che tutti vedono nei cieli. Così, quando trova un bambino che dice di chiamarsi H7-25 e sostiene di venire dallo spazio non gli crede, ma dopo che questi dimostra poteri non umani comincia a nutrire seri dubbi. Quando poi un comandante di una base militare rapisce due volte il bambino per impossessarsi della sua favolosa arma che comanda a piacimento gli oggetti e le persone, il buon sceriffo interviene per salvarlo a suon di scazzottate.
