Non riuscendo più a sopportare le continue sottovalutazioni, anzi, le prese in giro dei suoi compagni, Yuke rinunciò alla sua posizione. Mentre cercava un nuovo gruppo, Yuke si imbatté in Marina, Silk e Rain, tre sue ex-allieve, e si unì al loro party. Incoraggiato dall'affetto e dalla stima che le ragazze provavano nei suoi confronti chiamandolo "maestro", Yuke iniziò a sfruttare appieno il suo straordinario potere magico e le sue abilità. Non solo mostrò il suo potenziale, ma riuscì anche a far emergere il meglio delle capacità delle sue compagne, completando con successo una missione dopo l'altra. Grazie al "Camerat-kun" il loro party cominciò a farsi un nome nel mondo. Per realizzare il grande sogno di conquistare il dungeon più difficile presto si ritrovano coinvolti in un caos che minaccia di scuotere l’intero mondo…

Sotto il comando della Santa Regina Calca, il Santo Regno di Roble ha vissuto un periodo di pace, protetto da grandi mura. L'idillio presto svanisce quando fa la sua comparsa Jaldabaoth e vengono attaccati dall'Alleanza dei semiumani. Il Gran Maestro dei Paladini del Regno, Remedios, e l'Alta Sacerdotessa Kelart, radunano le loro forze per respingere l'attacco, ma non sono in grado di avere la meglio sulle grandi forze di Jaldabaoth: il regno rischia nuovamente la distruzione. Remedios, Kelart e la sua sottoposta intraprendono un viaggio verso il regno dello stregone Ainz Ooal Gown, per cercare il potere che li aiuterà nella lotta contro il nemico.
