One day, Kacchan receives an email from the idol talent agency sMiLea Production on a recommendation from the legendary idol Anela. È una battaglia a colpi di battute e risate. Dieci concorrenti, tutti comici professionisti, dagli stili comici differenti, devono cercare di non ridere per sei ore consecutive e contemporaneamente provocare la risata ai loro colleghi, chi ride perde. Infatti, alla prima risata rilevata da una delle telecamere presenti, verrà dato un cartellino giallo, che poi diventerà rosso alla seconda, con la definitiva eliminazione. In palio un premio di 100 000 € che il vincitore devolverà a un ente benefico a sua scelta.

A guidarli, quest’anno, due conduttori d’eccezione: Angelo Pintus e Alessandro Siani. La gara ha inizio e già dai primi minuti alcuni concorrenti sono in difficoltà… trattenersi per qualcuno è impossibile, soprattutto quando i conduttori decidono di metterci lo zampino… 1: Episodio 1
