Roma. Giorni nostri. Dopo 80 anni dalla sua scomparsa Benito Mussolini è di nuovo tra noi. La guerra è finita, la sua Claretta non c’è più e tutto sembra cambiato. All’apparenza. Il suo ritorno viene casualmente filmato da Andrea Canaletti, un giovane documentarista con grandi aspirazioni ma pochi, pochissimi successi. Credendolo un comico, Canaletti decide di renderlo protagonista di un documentario che finalmente lo consacrerà al mondo del cinema. I due iniziano così una surreale convivenza, che tra viaggi per l’Italia, ospitate tv e curiosi momenti di confronto con gli italiani di oggi, porta il Duce a farsi conoscere e riconoscere sempre di più, al punto tale da diventare il protagonista di un show in TV e di mettersi in testa di poter riconquistare il paese.

Tratto da una storia vera. Russia, 1985: in piena Guerra Fredda. Salyut 7, la stazione spaziale sovietica, è in orbita intorno alla Terra quando smette di rispondere ai segnali mandati dalla Terra. Il fallimento della stazione danneggerebbe non solo l'immagine del paese ma porterebbe anche a perdite di vite. Si decide allora di mandare degli astronauti sulla stazione per capire cosa sia successo e prevenire la catastrofe. Tuttavia, nessuno ha mai attraccato a un oggetto fuori controllo nello spazio: la missione si qualifica come la più complessa della storia della navigazione spaziale mondiale.

Il protagonista è Kaito Kuroba, un ragazzo che giura di impedire ad una organizzazione segreta di ottenere il gioiello dell'immortalità. Per farlo assume l'identità di suo padre, il ladro fantasma. Alla fine degli anni Venti, un periodo segnato dall'occupazione cinese della Corea, il coreano Lee Jung-chool lavora come ufficiale della polizia giapponese. A lui viene affidata la missione speciale di scoprire la Fratellanza dei Giusti e di monitorare l'operato del suo leader Kim Woo-jin. Ben presto, la Fratellanza scopre che tra le sue fila potrebbe esserci una talpa e per eludere le indagini decide di mettere a punto un viaggio a Shanghai per recuperare degli esplosivi. L'informazione però giunge agli ufficiali giapponesi, che optano per seguire lo stesso esempio. Su un treno di ritorno in Corea carico di esplosivi avverrà lo scontro finale tra le due fazioni, con conseguenze inimmaginabili.

Nico, 1988 è un road-movie dedicato agli ultimi anni di Christa Päffgen, in arte Nico. Musa di Warhol, cantante dei Velvet Underground e donna dalla bellezza leggendaria, Nico vive una seconda vita dopo la storia che tutti conoscono, quando inizia la sua carriera da solista. La sua musica è tra le più originali degli anni ‘70 e ‘80 ed ha influenzato tutta la produzione musicale successiva. La "sacerdotessa delle tenebre", così veniva chiamata, ritrova veramente se stessa dopo i quarant'anni, quando si libera del peso della sua bellezza e riesce a ricostruire un rapporto con il suo unico figlio dimenticato. Nico, 1988 racconta degli ultimi tour di Nico e della band che l'accompagnava in giro per l'Europa degli anni '80. È la storia di una rinascita, di un'artista, di una madre, di una donna oltre la sua icona.
